Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Everyone seems to love this salad. Most people say they don't like corned beef but love it in this arrangement.
Ireland updates their recipes too =)
Cook in salted, boiling water
3 medium red potatoes, cubed (can use baking potatoes, just peel them first)
Remove potatoes from water (keep it) and rinse the potatoes in cold water

Remove potatoes from water (keep it) and rinse the potatoes in cold water
Put into the still-boiling water:
1 c haricot verts, halved (petite green beans)
for only 4-5 minutes then remove and rinse immediately with cold water
Combine with
1 lb cooked corned beef, shredded and cut into 3" lengths
1 c cabbage (red and/or green), sliced
1 T chives, chopped
Place in refrigerator
Make dressing by mixing together
1/2 c Dijon mustard
1/2 c prepared mustard
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T molasses or agave
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
Toss all ingredients gently with 1/2 the dressing,
