This cake is baked in a loaf pan.
In large mixing bowl, cream until fluffy:
1/2 c unsalted butter, room temperature
1 c sugar
2 eggs
In separate bowl, combine:
1 1/2 c flour
1 t ground cardamom
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
In small bowl, combine:
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c lingonberry jam
Mix dry ingredients and jam mix into butter mixture.
Pour into loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes.
