Make salad by combining:
4 bunches broccoli, broken or cut into florets
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced or diced
1/4 - 1 lb bacon, cooked crisp and broken into small pieces
1 c golden raisins or craisins
1 c nuts: I like cashews, but have seen sunflower seeds, pecans, etc.
opt- sharp cheddar cheese, about 1 c, shredded
Dressing:
3/4 c plain yogurt
1/4 c honey or sugar
2 t red wine vinegar or substitute white
