This is useful for seasoning meats and beans for use in Mexican-American foods.
I use it frequently for the chicken and beans I use in enchiladas.
Mix:
1 T chili powder
2 t onion powder
1 t cumin
1 t oregano
1 t garlic powder
1 t sugar
1 t paprika
1/2 t salt
Store tightly sealed.
Use about 1 Tablespoon per 1 pound of meat.
