09-22 Feta stuffed pears

Cut in half
2 pears
then scoop out seeds and stem
Sprinkle cavity with a bit of
sugar
salt
Fill the cavity with some
Feta, crumbled
and place a thin slice of
Parmesan
on top
Sprinkle with a bit of
olive oil
sugar
Place in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese softens (won't look melted)
Drizzle with
Balsamic vinegar
before serving.

 Cousins in Sweden served a fish meal that B really liked!  [That is a huge compliment as it's not her favorite protein.]  Nic makes it without a recipe so this is a general guide.  Layer a casserole with a bed of zucchini slices and add a layer cod pieces . 01-25 Dad's Quick Italian Meatballs

Mix 1 lb lean ground beef 2 eggs 1 c Italian bread crumbs 1/2 c spaghetti sauce (more or less, see how it looks) The longer you mix/beat them, the more tender they will be Form meatballs and bake at 350F about 12 minutes Use in meal immediately or freeze for later Put in spaghetti or any pasta will work. Meatball sandwiches would be good too!
