Combine:
3 T soy sauce
2 T Hoisin sauce
2 T olive oil
1 T lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 scallion, minced
1 T ginger, minced or 1 t ginger powder
1/4 t gr pepper
Pour over salmon in sealed container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but less than 6 hours.
Place salmon on Silpat cookie sheet & let come to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Spoon marinade over top each piece of salmon.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Serve immediately...
