In skillet, cook about 2 minutes:
1 zucchini, trimmed and cut into ribbons with thick slicer/peeler
1 yellow squash thinly sliced
2 T water
Transfer to bowl and drizzle with
1/2 t honey or agave
1 t olive oil
about 1/2 a lemon - zest
1 T lemon juice
1 T fresh dill chopped or 1 t dry dill
salt and pepper
Gently toss. Serve immediately.
