Sauce: Mix
2 T froz orange juice concentrate or 1 /2 c orange juice
1/4 c agave or honey
2 T Hoisin sauce
1 t fresh ginger, minced or 1/2 t ginger powder
1 t fresh garlic, minced or 1/2 t garlic powder
1 T sesame oil
In separate pan, brown
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
about 6 min on each side
Pour sauce over chicken and let simmer, until chicken is done but still tender and juicy
Serve over rice with glazed ginger carrots
