06-23 Cali Citrus salad

Toss together:
mixed baby greens
orange sections
avocado slices
red onion, superthin slices
toasted almond slivers

Citrus Dressing:
1/2 c olive oil
3 T white wine vinegar
1 T agave
1 t grated orange peel
salt and pepper to taste
Mix well and pour on salad...
